| In case you haven't encountered one yourself, you could get an error when you try to submit a support ticket that says "Critical Error: Cannot connect to database." If this ever happens to you, please notify us via the support forums and clear your browser cache. For people using IE, just go to the "Tools" button in the top righthand corner of your screen, click "Delete Browsing History," and click "Delete Temporary Files." As an alternative, you can click the "Delete all" button. For Safari, just go to the "Safari" tab at the top of your screen and click "Empty Cache." For Firefox, go to the "Tools" tab at the top of the page, click "Clear Private Data," make sure "Cache" is checked, and click OK. Thank you very much for your patience! |
